    So with "Door dash" if you order food, this establishment will NOT give you ANYTHING but the food. Can't be more incompetent than not providing forks, utensils, napkins and yes SOY SAUCE. Yes you read correct, 8 separate items, meats and rice, and NO SOY SAUCE.

    Worst part is I call to speak to the manager, he gets on the phone and says "We do not provide napkins, sauce, or utensils unless special requested"

    I had to ask him 3 times if he was serious.  YOU HAVE TO SPECIAL REQUEST FOR UTENSILS TO EAT THEIR FOOD.

    Place is a joke. Customer service is GARBAGE. Do not waste your money, unless you like to eat with your hands and use your T-shirt as a napkin

    I even requested, picture below in case they try to say we didn't request

    I'm glad I went in and didn't order delivery.
    I was really surprised when I was told it would only be 5 minutes for a steak bowl. And it did indeed take 5 minutes.
    Buttttt the veggies, some of the steak and rice were cold. Fresh out of the freezer and microwaved tasting. I won't be going here again

    Their food is so good.  Tons of meat and veggies.  They always get my order right and are right on time.

    The food is a bit Americanized but it was prepared quite well, whether the honey chicken, the fried shrimp, or the pan fried beef dumplings. Perfect for takeout or delivery while you do a Netflix binge at home or a beer binge at a nearby brewery.

    Docking one star as the delivery person said he'd give me utensils, but didn't. I'd assumed (incorrectly) that they were already inside the bag. If only there was a way to reverse the tip I'd already punched in.
